Pedro Chavarriaga is an associate attorney at Hill, Rugh, Keller & Main, P.L., focusing on construction litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance defense matters.

Pedro practices in all Florida state courts and is a member of the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.

Pedro represents clients with a wide array of interests and, thus, understands the interplay between business and legal practicalities. Because of this, Pedro strives to represent clients in an efficient and cost-effective manner so that clients obtain the best possible value.

Pedro has experience defending construction defect claims and commercial disputes including breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, unfair competition and trade secrets disputes, enforcement of restrictive covenants, and complex class action lawsuits. Pedro also has experience resolving the novel construction and commercial issues created by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Prior to starting his practice, Pedro received his undergraduate degree from the Florida Institute of Technology and law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, Pedro was the recipient of the Academic Excellence Scholarship and the Book Award for obtaining the highest grade in his Contracts, Civil Procedure, and Legal Research and Writing classes.

Additionally, being born in Medellin, Colombia, Pedro is fluent in Spanish and takes great pleasure assisting clients who identify English as their second language.
